In the midst of crisis there is still much to be grateful for and to celebrate. This week is Nephrology Nurses Week, a wonderful opportunity to express our gratitude to our front line colleagues without whom we could not provide the outstanding care to our patients that we do. September is also Women in Medicine Month, an opportunity for us to celebrate and recognize the many outstanding women who serve as Nephrologists, Medical Directors and Healthcare Leaders in our own organization and in those of our collaborating partners.
