Berry Chia Pudding

(2 servings)


  • 1 cup unsweetened rice or almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup berries for topping/mixing in


  1. Pour ingredients into jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again until there’s no clumping.
  2. Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Top with fruit.
