(4, 1/2 cup servings:)
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Chinese 5 Spice Powder to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and add carrots.
- Sprinkle spice blend over the top and toss to coat.
- Sauté over medium heat until soft and serve along with your meal.
